Konferencija: Microsoft NetWork 2011 - call for lecturers

(12/6/2010)

 Hi everybody!

I have the pleasure to announce that Microsoft Bosnia and Herzegovina has committed itself to organizing a first ever Microsoft NetWork (provisional name) conference, to be held on March 24-25th in Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
As expected of such a conference, we expect to focus on the latest trends and technologies in the ICT that will benefit all our customers, whether they are from the enterprise, mid-market space or academic institutions, with specific session targeted to business decision makers, Team leaders, IT professionals, Developers, Software Architects and IT enthusiast. We see this conference develop into a think-tank, where visitors, besides experiencing the latest technologies and trends, can share knowledge, network (hence the name J) and have fun, while at the same time position the conference as the largest IT gathering in the country – our goal is to have at least 300 attendees over 2 days, in this, the very first, iteration.

Based on the previous cooperation we had, we are proud to invite you once again to be a part of this experience.

Obviously, NetWork 2011 will focus on a new wave of Microsoft's products, solutions and technologies - from business productivity stack (Office 2010, SharePoint 2010 and Exchange 2010, etc.), infrastructure and security stack (Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows 7 deployment, System Center, Forefront and so on), application platform (SQL Server 2008 R2, BizTalk,…) or development tools (Visual Studio 2010 & .NET Framework 4.0,…) and business related topics (BI, Project Management, Infrastructure optimization, Business efficiency, Best practices, Knowledge Sharing, etc.), but not forgetting Cloud as an overarching theme.

Therefore, should you be interested in speaking at this event, we kindly ask you to send us a subject and abstractof your presentation(s), which you have or could prepare for this event, based on your area of expertise. We also have pre-selected some topics that we could suggest and/or discuss further in the process of selection or fine tuning the presentations. As this is our first take at such a conference, we are open to you suggesting replacement and/ or additional lecturers as well. We will handle the logistics on your behalf, with the assistance of our Office manager. Please come back to me (
mirad.maglic@microsoft.com) for any questions you might have.

The following milestones are set forth for the event:
